   CAREER OPTIONS: MULTI TRACKING

Multi-tracking means a person who holds 2 or more separate work roles during a certain period of time. Sometimes, individuals who multi-track are referred to as "moonlighters", as they often develop a second part-time job in addition to their "regular" full-time day job.

• The role may involve:

• Working for 2 or more employers, or

• Working for one employer and conducting a business, or

• Running 2 or more separate businesses, or

• Working for an employer and being at the same time involved in a community barter network.

These types of persons work best in environments described as a diversity, variety, and change. They are typically confident in their abilities sets and are willing to continue having their skills up-to-date to maintain their "security".
