Loved ones expect the career builder to be happy with his or her career. More than material achievements of any kind, and even more than a high social status, they hope for the career builder to actually achieve happiness and personal realization.

Therefore a lot of pressure stands on the career builder’s shoulders.

Career advisors expect the people they coach to become real career builders and to take the long-term career objectives as a natural part of their daily routine.
