Just like the Chapman University College in which they have expanded their online higher educational services to military personnel’s that been stationed around the globe. The online learning that Chapman University College provides enables those who are serving in the Armed Forces to earn their online degree program in a timely manner regardless of their deployment. Distance, time and even the scenario of work are not hindrance to still continue in pursuing their higher educational learning.

The Chapman University College is continually introducing their seven new online undergraduate degrees and even to the point lowering down the online tuition fees for the active-duty military personnel to $250 per unit starting in spring 2009 classes that begin in January 19. This move enables those currently serving in the United States Armed forces to still pursue their higher education regardless of where they are stationed or being deployed due its flexibility. As of now, it had been noted that there are about 452 military personnel that been enrolled in Chapman University College for this year. Most of the online American military enrollees were been deployed and serve in the following nations such as Africa, Britain, Afghanistan, Germany, Japan, Iraq, and South Korea. As well, those military personnel’s that been deployed in Persian Gulf and Mediterranean Sea. Although, those military personnel’s who are actively serving the country and at the same time pursuing their higher education through online schools faces truly a unique challenge compared to ordinary learners according to retired Navy Rear Admiral David Janes. Since, they have to balance their time and even availability in both areas of their lives which is to strongly live out their commitment to be actively serving the country as being a military soldier and at the same academically enhance their field through online education.
